The Special Needs Soccer Association, SPENSA, is a Not-for-Profit, St. Louis-based soccer program for young people with disabilities.
Our program is mirrored after a national program created through the United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA) called "TOPSoccer" (The Outreach Program for Soccer). SPENSA is an affiliate member of the Missouri Youth Soccer Association, (MYSA).
SPENSA is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl of ages 5-21 who has a mental or physical disability. It is our hope over the next few years to enable hundreds of St. Louis area young people the opportunity to become a valued and successful member of the St. Louis soccer community.
SPENSA is free of charge to all of these special children. The program is funded through the generous donations of individuals and corporations.
